About ThinkCP BTO ThinkCP now provides customers with a complete build-to-order program. Under the Think BTO program, our systems specialists design, build and support custom computing solutions including desktops, application servers, rack-mount systems and integrated storage servers. You can choose to add upgrades to our standard ThinkCP configurations or opt to have our systems technicians design and build your systems from the ground up. Every system under the ThinkCP BTO program is built from tried and true quality components in our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certified facilities and back by our 3 year limited warranty.* Think also provides optional on-site warranties ranging form 1 to 5 years.** |

ThinkCP BTO Program will save you the time, money and hassle spent
on building and supporting "in-house" systems. Think's Toll Free technical support is available directly to the end user customer, freeing up your in-house technical support resources. Integrators and consultants can leverage the ThinkCP BTO Program to provide a complete line of computer solutions, increasing bottom-line profits and customer satisfaction. Flexible customization allows you to create specialized systems and vertical solutions unavailable through any major brand computer manufacturer. Resellers can chose either "Think Labeled Systems" or opt for "White Box" systems to create their own in-house brands. 48 Hour Turn-Around on custom built orders (for special orders, 48 hours from the day the custom components are received.) Each system is configured using industry standard, quality computer components, and extensively tested in our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certified facilities. Think closely aligns itself with a handful of tried and trued quality components manufacturers used in the building of all Think Computers. |

*ThinkCP provides the initial year, in-depot, parts and labor warranty. Extended warranties apply through the OEM manufacturers warranties, generally ranging from 3 to 5 years. During the 2nd thereafter, the customer can exchange the defective parts directly with the OEM. This does not apply to systems covered under the extended on-site warranty program in which parts replacements and services will be handled by the on-site technician. **Extended On-Site
