The
ThinkTankQ ORTEN-MP features an optimized AMD Opteron Multi-Core CPU
platform with Dartware InterMapper® fully integrated to provide
network and system administrators with a real-time geographic perspective
of their network traffic, allowing them to zoom in on various regions
or specific devices within the infrastructure. This enables system
and network administrators to deliver consistently high quality of
service via network troubleshooting, network expansion planning and
permanent documentation of network activity. The system may assist
network administrators in identifying, documenting and mitigating
security breaches or denial-of-service attacks as they first occur.
Remote software management is obtained via the optional InterMapper
Remote Access™ and mapping of wireless devices via Dartware’s
optional Wireless Probe Pack.
The 2U base unit supports up to 4 AMD Opteron Quad-Core or Dual-Core
processors, 128Gigabytes of DDR2 SDRAM, 6 Terabytes of SATA2 hot-swappable
storage and 2 1000Base-T network controllers. Based on customer preferences,
ThinkCP will configure the system with Neterion XFrame® Series
V-NIC 10GbE Adapters, SAS Expanders or an IPMI module. On-site installation,
training and warranty programs are optional. Federal customers and
resellers may also add “Keep Your Broken Hard Drive” and
advance exchange warranties as required.
The custom-integrated ThinkTankQ™ ORTEN-MP platform or separate
Dartware software applications can be purchased directly from ThinkCP.
The solutions and software are available on GSA Schedule for qualified
government agencies. ThinkCP facilitates GSA teaming arrangements
to qualified government contractors and resellers who are encouraged
