The FEDS USB2 Flash Drive (FIPS Encrypted Data Storage) features FIPS approved software modules providing customers with fast, secure, convenient and affordable, plug and play file transport. Each FEDS USB2 Flash drive features “on-the-fly” encryption and decryption via pre-loaded FIPS 140-2 encryption software. Access to user-defined, multiple encrypted data partitions is secured by each of the users' “hashed” passwords. The 256-bit AES encryption software is tested and validated to the FIPS 140-2 standard by NIST accredited testing labs. The optional waterproof, ruggedized case provides additional data-device protection for busy professionals "on-the-go". |
