*Regarding the option for the “Keep Your Broken Drive”; Based on the specific requirements of certain agencies and organizations, you may be required to keep your physical hard drive in the event of failure due to a defect in manufacturing. Under our KYBD program, you may request a replacement of the entire integrated hard drive. However, before physical destruction of the devices, you must contact our RMA technical support team who will request specific serial numbers and other reporting requirements. This option is only available to approved government agencies and organizations at ThinkCP’s sole discretion. **Regarding “Advance Exchange Warranty”; In the event that your drive becomes defective under the Advance Exchange Warranty, we will ship a new replacement drive before receiving the defective product. You will still be liable for the cost of the replacement drive unless it is determined that the initial drive was damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect. Security in the form of a credit card, purchase order or other approved method is required prior to shipment of the advance exchange item. Upon confirmation of the defect, any security deposit submitted will be returned in its entirety.
