Who needs floppies anymore? The Fire-n-Ice U-Key-Com™ is a convenient and simple self-contained device that lets you easily download up to 4 Gigabytes* of information through a conventional USB 2.0 port. The near "key-size" U-Key-Com utilizes solid-state, industry proven flash memory as a reliable recording medium. The self-contained unit draws power directly from the USB port so there’s no need for batteries or power cords. And you won’t have to mess with taking your system apart to install a new device – laptops and PCs with USB ports will instantly auto-detect the U-Key-Com™ as a removable storage drive.

Optionally, ThinkCP™ offers a version of the U-Key-Com™ with password protection, a data lock for write/delete protection and support for bootable operations. Ask your ThinkCP representatives for additional information if you require these features.

Our ruggedized aluminum version of the U-Key-Com features a durable enclosure, highly resistant to extreme pressure. The sleek glossy black composite cap is designed to keep dust, particles and moisture out of the USB2.0 insertion interface and will not bend or wear out like most metal protection covers.

Note: The actual usable memory size is slightly less than stated in the product due to flash memory design, testing and formatting
